How fast your chronological clock is ticking is beyond your control; however, your body or biological clock is more vulnerable to your actions and can be positively or negatively influenced by your lifestyle. Genetics also plays an important role in determining your biological age and life expectancy potential. However, mounting research indicates that certain environmental factors can profoundly impact your biological age and can significantly change your inherited aging pace and longevity fate.
